Course Description
You have just thought of a brilliant text for your website. But this is still unlikely to attract or hold enough attention without some sort of visual or interactive effects. With Flash you can put animations, films, web-applications (Such as games and interactive links) and even whole websites online with the flick of the wrist. You will even be able to produce moving-adverts for you website by the end of the course.

The advantage of Flash is that it can be employed in many different ways. The program is not solely about drawing simple animations. It can also deal with complete applications, web-forms, special buttons, and extremely advanced animations and films.

In this course you will learn about animation and you will become familiar with the programming language, ActionScript, with which you can get even more out of the Flash application.

• Drawing with Flash
• Colours and light effects
• Working With Symbols
• Flash-filters
• Making animations
• Making buttons and ActionScript
• Making Flash forms
• Incorporating sound into web-pages
• Flash video

Course Prerequisites
Flash files are mostly embedded in HTML pages, therefore a basic knowledge of internet and HTML is recommended. Experience with other graphical software will come in handy.

Comments
The course is delivered in English and the course books may be taken away. During the course you will work on PCs, but the training is also valid and appropriate for MAC users.

This training course is given as a tutorial in a Web-design class. Each participant will work on their own course and at their own pace under the careful and diligent guidance from a highly experienced tutor. This class-based tutorial system has been tried and tested by us for many years and proves to be a satisfying and rewarding teaching method.
